Nigerian Afro-Fusion artist Cill is set to release her latest single, “ÉchÍ” (Igbo for “tomorrow”), on November 20th, in honor of International Children’s Day. Featuring the talented children of the Destiny Trust Foundation, the song is a powerful call to action, urging sustainability and highlighting the choices shaping the future of generations to come.
The accompanying music video, filmed in the oil-ravaged Bodo Community in Ogoniland, contrasts environmental destruction with hope for a greener future. Supported by Accountability Lab Nigeria, Ford Foundation, and Luminate, this project also highlights the life-changing work of the Destiny Trust Foundation, which provides education and care for vulnerable Nigerian children.
Échí is distributed by WeTalkSound, a leading African creative company focused on nurturing and showcasing exceptional talent.
