Scatterbrain Records proudly announces the release of “RECKLESS EP,” the highly anticipated new body of work from rising Afrofusion artist TobySensey. The five-track project is now available on all major streaming platforms worldwide.

TobySensey, born in Imo State, Nigeria, and raised in Lagos’ vibrant Lekki district, brings a uniquely cosmopolitan perspective to Afrofusion music. His artistic journey took him from the heart of Nigeria’s entertainment capital to upstate New York and eventually New York City, where he honed his craft producing R&B and hip-hop beats infused with Afrobeats influences.

“I’m a citizen of the world,” says TobySensey. “The roots of my music are Afro, based on what I grew up listening to, but my main objective is to inspire listeners on a pleasant, unexpected ride.”
After returning to Nigeria, TobySensey evolved from producer to vocalist, creating his distinctive Afrofusion sound and establishing Scatterbrain Records as an independent platform to support artists from similar multicultural backgrounds.

Described by the artist as “a catastrophic beautiful mess,” the EP serves as a musical short film capturing a defining period in TobySensey’s life. The project’s unique structure sees the pace gradually slow with each track, while maintaining consistent sonic identity throughout.
